​​I have 164 hours in a week.  How I spend my time is a great indicator of lifestyle priorities and attention.  Mapping out my usual routine alongside my dreams and aspirations illuminated adjustments were needed. 
A pattern: that early morning prayers, learning, and conversation are generally the catalyst of the day.
